Working principle of simple elevator drive system
During operation, the hydraulic oil forms a certain pressure through the hydraulic pump, enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through the oil filter, single direction valve, throttle valve, so as to make the piston of the hydraulic cylinder move upward and operate the lifting function.
The hydraulic cylinder moves under the piston (i.e. the weight drops). The hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank through the electromagnetic reversing valve and throttle valve.
In order to make the weight drop stably and brake safely and reliably, an overflow valve is set on the oil return road to keep the flow constant, so that the lowering speed is not changed by the weight, and the flow is adjusted by the throttle valve to control the lowering speed.
